Material Wear and Care:
Our jewellery is crafted with 24K gold plating and other high-quality materials. As with all gold-plated items, some natural wear may occur over time. Proper care, as advised in our FAQs, will help extend the life of your jewellery, but we cannot guarantee that the appearance will remain unchanged indefinitely.

Hypoallergenic Materials:
While our jewellery is made from materials that are typically safe for sensitive skin, individual reactions may vary. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities that may occur.

Repairs and Re-plating:
Complimentary repairs and re-plating are offered within the first year of purchase. Beyond that, repairs may incur additional charges. Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to repairs.
